NASHVILLE, TENN. – Back by popular demand, Big Loud Records’ resident soul man Larry Fleet is hitting the road in 2023, scheduling his 11-date Larry Fleet Live headline tour presented by Black Buffalo, launching February 23 in Little Rock, Ark. with Texas tunesmith Ben Burgess opening.
“We played almost 100 shows this past year and spent even more days than that out on the road, and I’ll tell ya, I felt grateful every single night,” Fleet reflects. “Having y’all show up and hearing you singing these songs back to us will just never get old. Fleet has quickly become “one of the brightest rising stars in the business right now” (Whiskey Riff) and only builds on that reputation with his acclaimed live show. The Bristol Herald Courier perfectly captured the blue-collar troubadour following his November headline tour stop at Paramount Center for the Arts this fall – “Massive in voice and fluid in style, Chattanooga country boy Larry Fleet’s soulful pipes reflect influences from soul’s Otis Redding to country’s Merle Haggard,” while Saving Country Music raved, “if you’re looking for the future of traditional country music, then look no further than…Larry Fleet” after his performance at Austin’s KOKE Fest 2022.
This Friday, Fleet will revamp his sophomore album standout “Quittin’ Ain’t Workin,’” adding Texas country mainstay Mike Ryan to the mix on an all-new version; pre-add / pre-save here.
